From February 17th to 21st the fifth edition of the “Gastronomy Forum” will be held for the first time in Girona. Up to now this pioneering Cuisine Congress, which started in 1999, had been held in Vic.

This Cuisine Congress is one of the most complete ever seen, with more than 40 sessions of all kinds and over 50 internationally renowned speakers. We will be able to enjoy seeing acclaimed chefs giving live cookery demonstrations in their masterly sessions. This also means that the lucky participants of the Cuisine Workshops will live the demonstrations really close.

For the first time, the Forum will also be open during the weekend: plenty of activities of all sorts will delight children and adults, making gastronomy accessible to everyone. There will be cuisine worskops for children and youngsters, demonstrations, food tastings in the Tecnoforum... in brief, activities that will entertain and appeal to all.
